what is seed cycling?
Seed cycling is a dietary practice used to promote hormonal balance throughout the menstrual cycle. It can be used to regulate periods, improve fertility and provide support through perimenopause. When used consistently, in combination with a healthy lifestyle, seed cycling can reduce hormonal symptoms, including: acne, bloating, cramps, fatigue and mood swings.
hadau seed cycling packs provide the ground seeds needed for each phase of your menstrual cycle.
Phase one (follicular phase) seeds (flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds) should be taken from the first day of your period until ovulation to help control levels of oestrogen and support progesterone production as you move towards phase two.
Phase two (luteal phase) seeds (sesame and sunflower seeds) should be taken from ovulation until the last day of your cycle to help boost progesterone production, and block excess oestrogen.
